DLP specialises in the sale, purchase and leasing of all types of industrial, office, retail and investment property and has provided property broking and consultancy services to a wide range of commercial and industrial property investors, developers and users of commercial and industrial property, which include South Africa's major financial institutions, listed property funds, corporate and small business clients and private investors. 

We are focused on our core function, which is to properly understand our clients needs and then match them with the property that best suits that need.

Milnerton is also the gateway to the West Coast, the Cape's fastest growing region.
