Montague Gardens is greater Cape Town's most modern and well planned industrial area and arguably the most sort after. It is located at the centre of the greater Cape Town metropol and the Cape Peninsula and enjoys easy access to Cape Town’s regional road network. Montague Gardens central location has lead to the major retail chains such as Woolworths and Nu Clicks to locate their warehouses and central distribution centres (CDC’s) in Montague Gardens for convenient distribution to their outlets throughout the region. Numerous other logistic, freight and courier companies are also located in Montague Gardens for this reason.
