De La Porte Property Group (DLP), founded in 1998, is a niche industrial and commercial property services company, operating in Cape Town, South Africa.
That said; the firm has recently started to enter the residential property market through its Sectional Title property management division.
De La Porte specialises in the sale, purchase, leasing and management of all types of industrial, office, retail and investment property and has provided property broking and consultancy services to a wide range of commercial and industrial property investors, developers and users of commercial and industrial property, which include South Africa's major financial institutions, listed property funds, corporate and small business clients and private investors.
We are focused on our core function, which is to properly understand our clients needs and then match them with the property that best suits that need and then we do our best to create a long term relationship by providing a full house property management and facility management service for them.
DLP is proud of the service it provides to its clients, its knowledge of the local property market, (property is the business of local knowledge) and its good relations with the various role players in the Cape Town and South African property industry. De La Porte Property Group's offices are situated in Milnerton, which is conveniently positioned mid-way between the Cape Peninsulas two cities, Cape Town and Bellville and within close proximity to Century City and Canal Walk, Africa's largest shopping complex. Milnerton is also the gateway to the West Coast, the Cape's fastest growing region.
