Century City, located at the centre of the Cape Peninsula and the greater Cape Town metropole continues to show phenomenal growth in terms of office, retail and residential property development-it is the major growth node in the region. Century City is located strategically on the N1 Highway between the Western Cape’s two major cities, Cape Town and Bellville.
