Prime Park Property Owners Association, Freedom Way, Montague Gardens
Prime Park is a light industrial property development that covers approximately five hectares of land which is secured with a single entrance and security check point. The POA consists of six light industrial Sectional Title complexes and three separte or single title industrial properties.
Each Body Corporate and each single title property elects its Chairman or owner of the seperate title properties to sit on the board of the POA. There are approximatel 100 seperate industrial units in the POA.
Prime Park is managed by De La Porte Property Management and the six body corporate business parks within Prime Park are also managed by De La Porte Property Management.
