5 things Industrial Tenants look for

We see industrial property tenants and occupiers every day and all most all of them are usually looking for 5 things:

1. Internal roof heights of over 8 Metres

2. Secure, private yard space

3. Three Phase power

4. Accessibility for loading large articulated vehicles

5. Position (close to motorways and public transport).

Whilst this is probably common sense for most investors,  ticking these boxes when purchasing industrial property will simply make future letting easier.
