Chill Direct have leased a 1,920m2 distribution warehouse at 12 Montague Drive, Montague Gardens. The property, previously a juice factory, has been completely rebuilt, the floor and steel being the only components that were utilised from the original structure. The site has a large yard being situated on a site of 4,358m2.
